Though the sender name shall be displayed as Jakasoffers (or Jakasoffers’s mobile number in case of CDMA subscribers), User’s mobile number, as recorded in his/her profile, shall be appended at the start of his/her personal message, or wherever appropriate. This is done purely to let the receiver know from whom he/she is receiving the message from.

The User hereby permits Jakasoffers to send him/her communication via email and/or SMS of any updates, upgrades, notices, or any other information that Jakasoffers deems important for the Users to know, relating to the Products and/or Services.
